A quick and easy banner for Halloween! I cut the letters out using my Cricut, added some bling using my iRock and some left over dimensional stickers from last year! I used two sided halloween paper from last year too and just folded over the top edge and stapled it to a piece of ribbon! and voila, a simple halloween banner!
